“THE TRASH problem” has become almost a standing item on the Rappahannock Supervisors’ agenda, and talk about “the dumpsters” ensued at their January meeting last Thursday.
Chairman Pete Luke told the Supervisors that the dumpsters for the town of Washington had been removed from in back of the courthouse. The reason, Luke said, was that the area had become a dumping site not befitting the courthouse grounds. “The Judge was particularly concerned about this,” Luke said, “and he suggested it.
