Esmus Carson Estes of Rixeyville died December 23, 1974, in Prince Georges Hospital, Cheverly, Md. He was 85, a retired farmer, the son of the late Robert H. Estes and Ann Eliza Thomas of Rappahannock. His late wife was the former Anna Lee Compton. Mr. Estes had been making his home with his daughter, Mrs. Norman Smith in Hyattsville, Md. He was a member of the Amissville Unit
