Davis family Saturday to celebrate Mr. Davis, Jr.’s birthday.
Mr. and Mrs. Tom Perry were recent dinner guests of their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kerns in Manassas. New Year’s Eve guests of the Perrys were Mr. and Mrs. Paul Burke and D.W. Heffelfinger. C. J. Miller spent Christmas week in Atlanta, Ga. with Mr. and Mrs. John D. Wood.
Mr. and Mrs. Gideon Jenkins of Middleburg were guests Sunday of Mrs. Jack Nicholson.
David Streagle of the University of Nebraska, Omaha, spent the holidays with his family Mrs. Streagle and children Shannon and Marc and will return Sunday to resume his studies there. The Streagles were weekend guests of his mother, Mrs. Sarah Streagle and son George in Gloucester and visited Mr. and Mrs. A.E. Streagle and Timmy in Seaford.
Visitors Thursday of Mrs. Sarah Latham and Susan were Mrs. David Hoadley and Sarah Kearns of Falls Church and Sally Mann of McLean. Their guests Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Kephart of Herndon and on Sunday Mr. and Mrs. John Peck and granddaughter, Alison, of Spotsylvania, were visitors. During the holidays the Streagles and Lathams visited the Nation’s Christmas tree in Washington.
Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Baines had as Christmas dinner guests Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Buntin and Miss Nancy Buntin. Mrs. Baines, Bobby and Lee visited her mother Mrs. Robert N. Baker, Jr. in Suffolk during Christmas week. Mr. and Mrs. Baines and their sons visited Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Wenner in Staunton Tuesday.
Miss Irene Keyser had as her guest Sunday Mrs. Kent Woolfolk of Louisa. Mrs. Virginia Lewis of Sperryville was Miss Keyser’s guest from Sunday through Tuesday.□
