MR. AND MRS. Ellis Baker of Sperryville observed their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception on Sunday, December 22,1974 at the Sperryville fire hall. Mr. and Mrs. Baker were married December 24, 1924 in Washington, Va. by the Rev. George Cook.
