Flint Hill Rescue Squad took Robert L. Payne from home of Frank Huff to Culpeper Memorial Hospital February 15. February 18, Miss Lucy Estes was taken from home near Washington to Warren Memorial Hospital. February 21, Miss Frances Riley was taken from home near Flint Hill to Warren Memorial Hospital. February 22 Willie Printz was taken from home near Flint Hill to Warren Memorial Hospital. February 23, a call to an accident on Rt. 637 was answered but services were not needed. The same day Mike Foster was taken from the scene of a motor cycle accident on 522, near Huntly, to Warren Memorial Hospital.
Washington Fire Company answered two calls to brush fires, one February 22 at Kinsey Wharton’s, near Rock Mills and February 23 near a cabin on Peyton Farms.
Sperryville Rescue Squad took Charlie Baldwin from home in Gid Brown Hollow to Culpeper Memorial Hospital February 22.□
