Scouts to get flags _ Various Scouting groups in Rappahannock will receive American and Troop flags through the courtesy of the* Amissville Ruritan Club and the Rappahannock Womans Club. Girl Scout Troop 547 of Flint Hill was given an American flag by the Amissville Ruritan Club. The Womans Club has contributed funds for the purchase of four troop flags for county groups. The Girl Scout cookie sale will close March 1.
