The Patriotism and Citizenship Committee of Amissville Ruritan Club through the club is showing an attractive historical commemorative plate in American porcelain. Pictured in the center of the plate is the Rappahannock County courthouse with the inscription, “Rappahannock Court House, Washington, Va. United States Bicentennial 1776-1976, “all done in blue on the white plate.
The plates have a raised rose point border and the back surface carries the complete history of Washington, Va. as inscribed on the monument in the court house square.
