The General Registrar's Office in Washington, Vo. will be open Saturday, July 12 from 8 a.m. until 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. to register those who are unable to come in during regular Thursday hours. Saturday, October 4 will be the last day to register to vote in the November4 election.
