up and painting the trash cans in the town in an effort to tidy and beautify the town. After the workshop is completed the 4-H’erswill eat lunch and have a swim in Cooper’s Hole.
Chester Gap youth will meet July 16 for the weekly meeting at the home of Mrs. Williams. Their project will be tie-dying and collage planters. Members should bring their lunches and Mrs. Williams will provide drinks.
July 17 is the scheduled meeting of the Amissville group which will take place at the Amissville United Methodist Church. Tie-dying will be the project so those participating should bring a T shirt or whatever they wish to dye. They should also bring lunches.
The first meeting of the Sperryville group is scheduled for July 18 and a place will be announced as well as the project. Children will take their lunches.
Anyone from the age of 8 on up may participate in the fun workshops. This does not exclude adults.□
