THE FIFTH in a series of eight lectures on solar energy and the environment is scheduled for Friday, July 11, at 7:30 p.m. in Rappahannock County Elementary School. The Speaker will be Stephen L. Sargent, and the master of ceremonies will be Culpeper lawyer, T.C. Lea.
Stephen L. Sargent is assistant professor of mechanical engineering at the University of Maryland where he teaches a course on Solar Energy Applications for Buildings.
