Soil studies done by the District Director of Solid Waste Management R. H . Foreman with a back hoe on December 22 indicate that the property may be much better than originally anticipated, it was reported. In addition, Supervisor Chairman Pete Luke noted that the State Water Control Board was scheduled to run drainage tests on the tract sometime this week. All of the tests are being conducted at the Updikes’ expense.
