It is, therefore, recommended that the Board of Supervisors vote against the adoption of this law, which cannot effectively be enforced, and has already been rejected by nearby counties. It will have no effect in curtailing unlawful shooting and can prove to be an inconvenience and a harassment to the law abiding sportsman. An unenforceable law is worse than no law at all.
