Pete Luke, son of Col. and Mrs. E.P. Luke of Sperryville, is the new partner of Marshall attorney John Wine. A graduate of the University of Virginia Law School, Luke just completed four years of military service during which he served as Staff Judge Advocate in Florida, Thailand and Washington, D.C., and most recently as Chief of Civil Law at Bolling Air Force Base.
