should enter the names, grades, and type of entry of all students wishing to participate in the show, by April 20. There is no charge for entry or admission to the show.
All entries for the show should arrive at the school garden by 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning. Judging will begin at 11:30, and awards presented in the early afternoon. Lunch and refreshments may be purchased at the school.
Scout banquet
Amissville Cub Pack 50, Dens 1 and 11, held their annual Blue and Gold banquet Saturday, March 5, in the social hall of the Amissville United Methodist Church.
Attending with their families were Cub Scouts Brett Anderson, John Early, Warren Ellis and Henry Rodgers. Webelos were Buz Fontaine, Brian Kritz, Rodney Sealock and Todd Sealock.
Cub Master for Pack 50, Silas Martin, Jr. and Mrs. Martin, were also in attendance along with special guests, the Rev. and Mrs. Ray Crockett, the Rev. and Mrs. Joseph Stirman, and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Dodson and son.D
