Trip planned
The Shenandoah Valley Retired Persons Tour Group has scheduled a three-day trip to Nashville, Tenn., leaving Front Royal by bus on April 29. The group will visit “Opryland” and tour Nashville including a recording studio, the Country Music Hall of Fame, homes of country music stars, the Upper Room and the Grand Ole Opry.

Pretzels recalled
The Food and Drug Administration has warned consumers that 19, 000 cases of Pretzels marketed under six brand names are being recalled by the manufacturer because the packages may contain Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) Crystals. FDA advises anyone who has the pretzels in their home to return them to the place of purchase.
The brands being recalled are Pepperidge Farm, Billy’s Bretzels, Snyder’s of Hanover Guest Quality, Cain’s, Crouthamel’s Prize, Dutch Valley.
