The law firm of Puryear and Baumgardner has opened offices for the general practice of law in Washington, Va.
The firm’s resident attorney will be Doug Baumgardner, who is the son of Fanning Baumgardner, Rappahannock’s County Engineer, and Ruth Baumgardner, a fifth grade teacher at Rappahannock Elementary School. He is a graduate of VMI and the University of Virginia Law School, and maintained his office in Madison, prior to moving here full time.
