Herman Henry Aylor, 80, of Sperryville died March 14, 1977 in Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville. He was born July 1896, son of the late Annie L. Fincham and Amon H. Ay lor of Rappahannock County. Mr. Aylor was married to the late Anne Jenkins Aylor. He was a retired service station and garage operator.
Survivors include two sons, H. H. Aylor, Jr. of Woodbridge and Larry R. Aylor of Sperryville; two daughters, Mrs. Thomas Cozzo of Falls Church and Mrs. Charles Battaglia of New York, N.Y.; seven grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Pierre and Mrs. Gertrude Evans, both of Washington, D.C.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at theClore Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Malcom Maples will conduct the service with intermentin the Sperryville Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Elmer S. Atkins, Larry Bolyard, Charles K. Estes, Thomas Baldwin, Sr., Gordon Thornhill and A.F. Cannon.
Bennett
Odis L. Bennett of Culpeper died March 9, 1977 at his residence. He was 75, the son of the late John and Josie Bennett of Rappahannock County.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Needa Woodward Bennett; two daughters, Mrs. Frances Blanch and Mrs. Margaret Aylor, all of Culpeper and seven grandchildren.
A funeral was held Saturday at the Clore Funeral Home Chapel in Culpeper and interment was in Fairview Cemetery.
