Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Cain entertained Saturday in their home, Mountainlair, honoring the 98th birthday of the former’s father, Mr. Early Cain. Highlights of the gathering included a bountiful dinner and taking a four-generation picture of the Cain family. Guests were from Alexandria, George Cain and Brian, son and grandson of the Franklin Cains; from Chester, Va., Mr. and Mrs. George Griffith, son-in-law and daughter of the hosts; and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Caldwell, friends who accompanied the Griffiths. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Schilz of Alexandria were Sunday visitors.
