Allen Eisenman, 14, of Amissville caught a large mouth bass in a local pond last Friday. The fish measured 22 inches, weighed six pounds and it took Allen about six minutes to bring it in. The fish had already broken his line once and the line of his sister. He was using a large tadpole for bait. Allen had his eye on the elusive fish for a long time but finally succeeded in taking it. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Eisenman.
