which Frank and Jennie Fitzhugh owned at death. This real property consists of two adjoining tracts situated along Route 211 in the Piedmont District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 4.64 acres and 5 acres, respectively.
An Affidavit having been filed stating there are nonresident Defendants, and it appearing from the Bill of Complaint that there may be Defendants whose names are unknown, and who are made Defendants under the description "Parties Unknown", it is Ordered that the above-named Defendants and Parties Unknown, who are all heirs, assignees or successors in interest of Frank Fitzhugh or Jennie Fitzhugh, appear in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia on or before February 28, 1979, and take any actions necessary to protect their interests.
It is further directed that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News.
