Mayonnaise Cake by: Norma Niskanan Castleton, Va. 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 4 T. cocoa 2 teaspoons soda 1 cup cold water 1 cup mayonnaise 2 teaspoons vanilla Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add water, mayonnaise and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into well-greased square pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 min.
