rony ljud will meet An organizational meeting for the 4-H Horse & Pony Club will be held on Thursday, Jan. 5 at 4:30 p.m. in the Rappahannock Extension Office. All interested young people between the ages of nine and 19 are invited and encouraged to attend.
Cancer support group The Cancer Support Group at Warren Memorial Hospital will not be meeting in December. The classes will resume in January.
County Methodist Services The United Methodist Churches will have worship services for Sunday, January 1: as follows: Flint Hill at 11:15 a.m, with Communion; Sperryville at 10:00 a.m.; and Willis Chapel at 8:45. The Rev. Merlin Shorb is pastor and invites the public.
Aerobic and flexercise classes A six-week series of aerobic dance classes will begin Tuesday, Jan. 3. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 0-7 p.m. at Rappahannock Elementary School. Class fee is $25 for twice a week or $35 for unlimited attendance. A six-week series of flexercise classes will begin Monday, Jan. 2. Flex classes are Mondays and Wednesday evenings at 0 p.m. at Rappahannock Elementary School. Class fee is $20 for once a week or $25 for twice a week. Newcomers are welcomed.
