ron Kirby, Ms. Ann Huston and Dr. Cheryl Parks, friends of the bride, and Mrs. Cynthia Stonestreet and Mrs. Carolyn Light, sisters of the groom. They wore gowns identical to the honor attendant’s. ^
The flower girl, Tabitha Morehouse, wore a white satin dress with a rose underskirt and carried a basket of rose petals. Matthew Stonestreet, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer. He wore a white Eton suit and carried a hand-embroidered satin pillow.
Mr. Thomas Gable, friend of the groom, acted as best man. Mr. Wayne Stonestreet, brother-in-law to the groom, was head usher. The groomsmen were Mr. Randall Light, brother-in-law to the groom, Mr. Guy Burdick, Mr. Timothy Circle, and Mr. Kenneth Beck, friends of the groom.
A dinner reception was held at Merry Meade, home of the bride’s parents. The outside reception took place under a gazebo and white tents decorated with fresh flowers. Music was provided by Camarato Quattro, a chamber music quartet from Washington, D.C. Mainly Renaissance and Baroque music was performed but waltzes were played for dancing.
The bride received a bachelor of arts degree from W.Va. Wesleyan College and a master of arts degree in European history from The University of Chicago. She plans to continue work toward a doctorate in London, England, beginning next autumn.
The groom received a bachelor of science degree in business and management from W.Va. Wesleyan College and is currently employed with IDS Financial Services.
The couple enjoyed a honeymoon along the New England coast and plans a more extensive European trip for the coming summer.
