The Rappahannock Free Clinic, a local branch of the Fauquier Free Clinic, operates on the first, third and fifth Wednesdays of each month at the Rappahannock County Health Department in Washington. RLEP annual meeting
The 34th annual meeting for members of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection and the public will be on Oct. 24 at the Washington Fire Hall at 7:30^ p.m. with the third in this year’s program series, “Treasures of Rappahannock.” The county's rural roads will be the treasures discussed by VDOT engineers, Sheriff Larry Sherertz and Marc Malik. Sufi dancing Oct. 24
Sufi Dancing will resume on Friday, Oct. 24 at the Washington Town Hall from 7 to 9 p.m. Mariah Dean from the Charlottesville Sufi community will lead the Dances of Universal Peace which are easy to learn, fun to do and often prove to be uplifting. There is a suggested donation of $5. Smiggy Smith and Dontez Harris will provide live music. This may be the last Sufi dance for awhile.
Civil War bus trip
