50 acre private estate in Uppervile, Virginia is seeking a professional, on-site property manager with strong supervisory skills and experience to manage a staff of 9. Must have a proven track record of managing, motivating and supervising staff and contractors for a wide range of day-to-day functions to include: household/domestic; building maintenance includng HVAC and security systems; grounds maintenance including landscape and turf maintenance; weds and irrigation systems; vehicle and equipment maintenance. Should be technicaly inclined and have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. Possession of a degree in Horticulture and/or several years experience in gardening would be an advantage.
