Brian A. Payne Brian Ashby Payne, 21, of Stephens City, died Sunday, November 23, 2003 at his residence.
Mr. Payne was bom on February 24, 1982 in Winchester, VA, the son of Robert Ashby and Patricia Downs Payne. He was a general contractor.
He graduated from Sherando High School in the class of 2000.
Surviving with his parents of Stephens City, are a brother, Gregg Martin and wife, Mary Skelton Martin of Florida; maternal grandparents, Edward and Peggy S. Downs of Stephens City; paternal grandparents, Willie B. and Martha E. Payne of Flint Hill, VA; five uncles; five aunts; and 17 cousins.
Burial will be Flint Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery, Flint Hill, VA.
Pallbearers will be Cliff Brill, Adam Watten, Alec Bouldin, Jeff Downs, Phill Whitfield, and Ryan Downs, Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Witt, Bill Witt, Stephen Evers, Jerry Reid, Jeb Benson, Dave Wills, and Rob Witt.
