It is therefore ORDERED that all such persons claiming an interest in the land above described appear on or before the 15th day of January, 2004, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Post Office Box 517, 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia, 22747, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
