RAAC, the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community, has made a giant leap into the 21st century.
For 20 years RAAC has been showing outstanding films at The Theatre in Little Washington using a 16 mm projector. The projector has served them well, but in today s digital age very few top notch movies are released using bulky celluloid reel film.
