Anne Katherine Welling will receive the Bachelor of Science Degree from the Pennsylvania State University, Eberly College of Science in graduation ceremonies Dec. 20 at University Park
A mathematics major with a minor in statistics. Welling enjoyed two years as a Nittany Lions cheerleader with partial Penn State sports supporter and academic scholarships.
She devoted her final two years to reestablishing the Penn State club gymnastics program for men and women, resulting in club individual and team wins and placements at various collegiate competitions from Notre Dame to Virginia Tech.
Welling is the daughter of Capt. and Mrs. Craig Willing (USN-Ret.t of Newburgh, N.Y. and Fairfax Station, Va.
