Breakfast with Santa will take place at Griffin Tavern on Saturday, Dec. 20. Starting at 8 a.m. there will be a pancake breakfast to benefit the Flint Hill Fire Department and Santa will arrive at 9:30 a.m. The breakfast lasts until 11 a.m.
Well, folks we had another Winter Wonderland last weekend in Rappahannock County and I am loving it. I don’t know about you but there seems to be a lot of weddings to attend, parties to go to and social events that are a part of the holiday season. I love these occasions and events but a day of rest brought on by snow is a real gift. I wonder, was the earthquake last week a gift, and I forgot to rest.
