(Interview Portion for Teen. Miss and Queen at 4:00 p.m. is closed to the public.) Special Appearances and Crowning by: 2006 Mrs. Virginia. 2007 Jr. Miss East Coast Virginia USA. and 2008 Miss Teen Virginia International. Other very special guests to be announced. As part of Rappahannock County's Clean Streams initiative, Culpeper Soil & Water Conservation District will bring its popular “Build Your Own Ran Barrel" workshop to Rappahannock! The workshop will be on Saturday Apnl 26 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the old VDOT facility on Fodder stack Road. Barrels with harckMare will be $45 for one and $75 for two. Rappahannock residents will be given priority sign up.
