On Red Oak Mountain at 6:15 am., sponsored by Woodville, Amissville, Reynolds Memorial and Forest Grove Baptist Churches. See signs as you enter Woodville (coming from Sperryville on Rt. 522 you will take second left on Red Oak Mountain Road) Rev. Lanny Horton will be preaching.
Trinity Episcopal Church at 6:30 a.m., sponsored by Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington and held on Massie’s Mountain (go out of town on Harris Hollow Road and look for signs/property of Jane Batchelder) Refreshments will follow.
Flint Hill United Methodist Churth at 6:30 a.m. The service will be held this year (weather permitting) outside near the Flint Hill Fire Department grounds. A breakfast is open to the public afterwards at The Flint Hill Fire Department.
Treasure trolling
Since Spring starts today, warmer weather is on it way. The ladies are waiting for yard sales on the weekends. Don’t forget the Grandmas Attic event, which is held in conjunction with the Fodderstack Race, at the Washington Baptist Church on April 19.

Congratulations are in order for James Marquisee of Washington. James, a junior at the University of Mary Washington made the Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement by attaining a minimum grade-point average of 3.5 out of a possible 4.0 for the 2007 fall semester.
