Aylor as is more particularly recited in the Complaint, who have or might have an interest in the estate of Bertlib Mandy Roy Aylor, also known as Bertlib L. Floy and Bertlib Mandy Roy. who was bom May 4. 1908 in Rappahannock County. Virginia and who died March 16. 2005 in Rappahannock County. Virginia, and the widows, widowers, heirs, devisees and successors in title of such persons, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN AND UNKNOWN OWNERS.

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

THE OBJECTS of the above-styled suit are to (1) establish the Last Will and Testament of Bertlib Aylor, who died March 16. 2005, and (2) to quiet the title of Susan Gngsby. Complainant, in and to the following real property situated in Rappahannock County. Virginia and more particularly described as follows: 2.8 acres, more or less, tax map parcel 28-45 and being the same real estate conveyed to Reginald H. Aylor and Bertlib Aylor by deed dated January 15. 1963 and recorded April 15. 1963 in Deed Book 99. Page 122. Reginald H. Aylor having died on October 3, 1992 thereby vesting fee simple title in Bertlib Aylor.

And it appearing by affidavit executed and filed according to law that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain in what county, city or state the Defendants identified in the caption to this affidavit reside, without effect; with the exception of those defendants identified with addresses; and that there are parties defendant who are or may be non-residents; and

It further appearing that the heirs at law of and parties having an interest in the subject matter of these proceedings as well as parties unknown and unknown owners, are set forth in the caption of the Complaint and the caption of this Order.

It is, therefore. ORDERED that all such persons claiming an interest in the subject matter of these proceedings appear on or before the 18th day of April. 2008 in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia. 238 GayStreet. Washington. Virginia. 22747, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks m the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock; that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy of this order be mailed to each defendant at the addresses shown by the aforesaid affidavit and which are listed above, as required by
