This year “No Ordinary Person” marks its 11th annual performance at the RAAC Theatre on Friday. Oct. 23 at 8 pm Woodville resident Joyce Abell created “No Ordinary Person” as a way to bring the personal stories of Rappahannock residents to the stage.
