This photo of Henry Marshall Huff and Ada James Estes Huff was taken in the late 1920s at the "Old Estes Place,’’ later known as the “Racer Place" in Gid Brown Hollow. The property was also known as “Mt. Pleasant" when apples were shipped from there overseas according to the photo contributor. (The photo and caption ran in the Oct. 4, 1984 edition of the Rappahannock News.)
