Pursuant to Section 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code'of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washing ton. Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14. 2009. at 7:30pm at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets m Washington. Virginia to consider the following application:
TW SU 09-09-01 County of Rappahannock, Virginia, to construct an emergency radio communications tower of 150-feet in height adjacent to the Emergency Dispatch Center located at the Sheriff s Office The property is a portion of the former Carrigan property, and is identified as Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel t15B, zoned GSGovernment Services. Use allowed pursuant to Section 1-4-6 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance (no additional standards).
