• HVAC TECHNICIAN III Minimum five years experience with large commercial and institutional chillers, boilers, AHU s and RTU s. Must have a universal CPC, Certification, and VA Master HVAC License. Tech III salary range $40,027 to $81,798. Starting salary range $40,027 to $53,270. (May be underfilled).
• ELECTRICIAN III Minimum 5 years experience in new construction, repair, and maintenance.. Must have VA Master Electrician License. Must have or obtain a COL within 6 months Salary range $40.027-S81.798. Starting salary range $40,027 to $53,270.
TEMPORARY ELECTRICIAN- Journeyman level electrical experience required $22 per hour. Probable duration is 3-4 months. 37.5 hour work week Overtime available.
TEMPORARY CARPENTER- Journeyman level carpentry experience required $22 per hour. Probable duration 4-5 months. 37.5 hour work week Overtime available
TEMPORARY MASON LABORER- Experienced bricklayer helper $9 per hour Proable duration 4-5 months. 37.5 hour work week.
