Miss Betty Johnson, who recently underwent a tonsil operation, is improving satisfactorily. Ned Johnson who also has been ;sick is improving.

Mr. and Mrs. John W. Paulson and son vtere overnight guests Tuesday at the home of Mrs. Paulson’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell, upon their return to their home in Hampton, after visiting Mr. Paulson’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Paulson at Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Elder and Mrs. J. H. Daily and Mrs. Maude Dempsey spent the week end in Martinsburg, W. Va., attending a Union Meeting at the Primitive Baptist church, and were guests of Elder Daily’s sister, Mrs. W. B. Barr and Mr. Barr. Miss Betty Welch who drove to Martinsburg with them is remaining for a week’s visit with Mrs. Barr.
