Under and by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustees, by that certain deed of trust dated the 11th day of June, 1947, from George William Bennett to Walter H. Robertson and J. Ray Larcombe, Trustees, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 43, at page 125, to secure a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt, according to the terms of said trust, and at the request of the holder of the bond therein described, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Court House, in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on

At 11 o'clock A. M., the following described real estate, to-wit: All those two certain tracts or parcels of land* lying and being in Jackson 'Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, at and near Amissville, containing by survey 190.8 acres, and being the same and identical property which was conveyed to George William Bennett, by J. J. Silvey and wife,* by deed dated die 11th * day of June, 1947, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
This property will be sold subject to's first deed of trust' binding the same, given by George William Bennett, to Walter H. Robertson, Trustee, to secure a certain debt therein described, and the amount of the said debt and interest to date of sale will be announced at the said sale, the purchaser to assume the first deed of trust, as to balance of principal and interest due. Terms of sale as to all above the first trust shall be cash.
