Miss Mary Madison Marye, 90, native of Westmoreland county, died Saturday, June 16, at the home of Mrs. Bartow Brown, with whom she had made her home for 11 years. V /
Funeral services were held Mon-% day afternoon from the Brown home, with Dr. W. G. Pendleton, rector of Trinity church, officiating. Pallbearers were D. D. Miller, D. D. Miller, Jr., C. J. Miller, W. C. Campbell, L. J. Turner, T. C. Lea, W. F. Moffett, and William B. Marye. Interment was in the family lot in Fredericksburg.
Miss Marye, daughter of James Braxton Marye and .Pane Christian Mayre, was reared at Brampton. The Brampton Home, known as Marye Height, is now a part of Mary Washington college in Fredericksburg.
Miss Marye is survived by a nephew, William B. Marye of Baltimore, and a cousin, Judge Trench D. Marye, now in Germany.
