The 4th day of June, 1951 Mabel Edna Brown Nicholson, Wolftown, Virginia, complainant

Vs. Frank Benjamin Nicholson, who left his home in Washington, Virginia, in the year 1348, and h^ not been heard from since, Defendant

The object of the above styled suit is to obtain a Divorce from the bonds of matrimony on behalf of Mabel Edna Brown Nicholson against Frank Benjamin Nicholson and to extinguish all property rights existing between said parties if any such .there should be. And, it appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that Frank Benjamin Nicholson, the above named Defendant, is not a resident of this State, -it is therefore ORDERED that the said Frank Benjamin Nicholson do appear within ten days after the due publication of this Order, in the Clerk’s Office of our said Circuit Court, and do what is necessary to protect his interest.

And it is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper printed in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, and having general circulation in the county of Rappahannock, Virginia, and that the Clerk post and mail a copy of this Order in accordance with the laws of Virginia made and provided in such cases.
