Dr. Joe DeJarnette of Staunton, who had the misfortune to break a bone in his foot recently is recovering satisfactorily.

Mrs. George Wood is spending some time with her mother, Mrs. Robert Nethers, who has been quite sick.
Mrs. Roy Coates, who has been spending several days at the Lee Highway hotel, returned to her home in Philadelphia on Tuesday.
