Fleishman, dated September 4, 1950, and recorded. September .6, 1951, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 54, at page 244, conveying and transferring the hereinafter described property to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof, the debt and obligation secured by the deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable, the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder upon the premises on Saturday, July 21, 1951, at 10:00 AjM., the following described property, to-wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land known as the ^George’Revercomb Home’.’, containing 4 acres, more or less, and bounded by the lands of A; H. Buckner, Jr., the lands formerly owned by Mrs. Lizzie Dulaney?’ Deceased, Will A. Cook, Harry Deal, and,the road leading from Peola Mills to Nethers, Virginia.
