July ia the month for fanners with regular hired help to file social security tax returns for the Apnl, May, and June quailter. Regular hired help is defined as a worker on a farm or in a farnv household who meets both of the following conditions:
(1) He must have been employed by the farmer continuously for a full calendar quarter. No tax ial due for agricultural labor performed in this qualifying quarter.
(2) In the next quarter he is employed by the same farmer in agricultural labor on a full-time basis for at least 60 days, and his cash wages for these services are $50 or more.
