RESOLUTION
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, JULY 2, 1951
Upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted it is hereby resolved that pursuant to section 16-8 of the Virginia Code of 1960 notice is hereby given of the intention of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahan nock County to propose the following bylaws for passage at the regular meeting of this Board on August 1, 1961:
“Be it resolved that the ordinances and by-laws heretofore passed by this Board imposing a tax on carnivals which ordinances and by-laws are recorded in Minute Book 4 at pages 361 and 363 and in Minute Book 6 at page 166 of said Book are hereby rescinded and repealed.
