Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Jenkins entertained at a picnic recently at their home near Sperryville, having as their guests Mr. and Mrs. Joe Jenkins of Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Fincham, Miss Gar. land Fincham. Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Welch and sons, Bill and Roger, of Flint Hill, Mrs. Dewey Brown, Miss Ann Brown, Mrs. Ivan Jenkins, Miss Rachel Jenkins, -and Mrs. Major Fincham of Culpeper, Mrs. Harry ‘ Woodard of Sperryville, and Raymond Fincham of Winchester.
Keelers Attend Re-union
Mr. and Mrs. V. H. Keeler entertained at a family re-union at Liberty furnace on Sunday, along with about 200 others. The Keelers’ guests included Mr. and Mrs. William F. Bethel, Jr., of Washington, D.C., Mr. and Mrs. J. U. Jones and daughter, Bernice, of Greenbelt, Md., and Mr. and Mrs. William D. Keeler and sons, Danny and Michael, of Washington, D.C. Danny Keeler won a prize last year for being the youngest one on the grounds and his brother, Michael, won the baby prize this year.

Mrs. R. G. Quaintance entertained at a dessert bridge Thursday at her new home in F. T. Valley. Those playing were Mrs. John Davis, Mrs. Carroll Menefee, Mrs. C- H. H. Bsanch, Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Mrs. George Taylor, Ml#. Z. H. Sealdck, Mrs. Holmes AaB, Miss Louise O’Bannon, Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. Fred Schaefer, Mrs. I. R. Kilby, Mrs. John P. Snead, Mrs. Elizabeth Sanford, Mrs. P. Lee Thornton, Mrs. H. B. Winfrey, and Mrs. Charles Estes. Mrs. Snead won high score prize for club members; Mrs. Branch, guest jprixe; Mrs. Estes, second high; and Miss Louise O’Bannon won the consolation.
