And an affidavit having been lade and filed that defendants,
N. Green, Charles R. Green, lyrtle G. Whitmire, Walter ireen, Daisy L. Willett, Gladys
Myers, Elizabeth V. O’Brien, Sdgar Green, Jr., and Virginia larrett are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that there ire or may be persons interested in the subject to 'be divided or lisposed of whose names and adiresses are unknown, it is ordered
^that they do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a [week for four successive weeks |in the Rappahannock News, a 'newspaper published in Rappahanf nock County, Virginia, that a copy I be posted at the front door of the
jcourthouse of Rappahannock County, Virginia within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this order of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
