Singleton and her daughter and grandson, Mrs. Mrs. Clarice Mundy and Billy were in Charlottesville on Thursday where they were guests of Mrs. Eugene Head and Mrs. (Singleton was at the University for a periodic check-up. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Singleton were Mrs. Glenn Mathews and two children, Tointa and Glenn, Jr., of Alexandria. . Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Biedler, Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Biedler were guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Racer over the weekend. Mrs. R. J. Biedler the former, Miss Elizabeth Racer, is staying over for the Town Council’s meeting on Tuesday night.
Weekend guests of Mrs. Virginia Lewis were Mrs. Charles Lewis of New York, who joined T/iSgt. Lewis, who *snent last week with his mother; Miss Ruth C. Menefee and George Efferen of Washington, D. *C. On Sunday Mrs. Lewis has as her additional dinner guests Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Matthews and daughter, Susan of Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. John R. Hudson and son and daughter, Johnny and Suellen of Luray and Mrs. James M. Yates.
