MRS. COMPTON RETURNS PROM HOSPITAL
Mrs. Floyd Compton has returned to her home at Washington after a wek in Winchester hospital. Her health is much improved.
Guests of Mr. and Mrs. L. VMerrill on Sunday were Mr. ‘ and Mrs. Charles Aylor of Ayior.

Funeral sendee* will be held today at 1 o’clock at Front Royal Presbyterian church, of which the deceased was a member, for Mrs. Mand Keith Johnston, widow of Bradley Tyler Johnston, who died early Tuesday morning, February 12, at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Robert McCarty, of Front Royal.
The Rev. Kennith Shick will officiate and interment will be in Prospect Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Johnston was born January 3, 1884, the daughter of the late Susan Brissack and George Gordon Keith She was of Scotch ancestry and 'although her father came to America with his parents at an early age, the family has kept in touch with the Keiths of Scotland, some of the family returning to Scotland to l complete their education.
Mrs. Johnston attended Winchester Female College, and Randolph-Macon Womans College, later attending a private school in Chicago.
