February is a famous birthday month. On the lltb the children in school studied again about T. Edison; on the 12th A. Lincoln came in for«a share of remembrance. With G. Washington’s birthday on Sunday, I suppose school-teachers told the ever-present cherry-tree story again and cited the natal day of our first President.
